About Paperboard Box:
Paperboard boxes typically refer to boxes made from paperboard of varying thicknesses and materials.
Best use: As basic product packaging. Paperboard boxes are easier to print complex patterns and apply intricate finishes to than corrugated boxes. Therefore, they have a flatter surface and thinner thickness. Paperboard boxes are more suitable for lightweight products or for basic packaging.
Advantages of paperboard packaging:
Suitable for small and lightweight products
Easier to implement various processes: cutting various shapes, window cutouts, printing complex images, hot stamping, embossing, debossing, texturing, and other surface treatment processes such as spot UV coating
Disadvantages of paperboard packaging:
Has low hardness and poor compressive strength, making it unsuitable for transportation
Removing the polyester film from the surface (if present) is necessary for reuse and recycling, which is quite troublesome.
关于纸板盒：
纸板盒通常指由不同厚度及材质的纸板制成的盒子。
最佳用途：作为基础产品包装。相比瓦楞纸箱，纸板盒更易于印制复杂的图案及应用精细的表面处理工艺。
因此，其表面更为平整，盒体也更为轻薄。纸板盒更适合用于包装轻量级产品，或作为基础包装方案。
1.纸板包装的优势：
-适用于体积小、重量轻的产品。
-更易于实现各类加工工艺：包括切割成各种形状、开窗设计、印制复杂图像、烫金、压凸、压凹、纹理处理，以及局部UV上光等其他表面处理工艺。
2.纸板包装的劣势：
硬度较低，抗压强度较差，因此不适合用于长途运输。
若表面覆有聚酯薄膜，则在进行重复利用或回收处理前，必须先将其剥离，这一过程较为繁琐。

1. Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) – Art Paper

Appearance and use:The paper is fine, smooth and bright white on both sides, and can be printed on both sides, making it suitable for high-end printing.

Flaw: Higher cost.缺点：成本较高。
2. Folding Box Board (FBB) – White Card
折叠盒纸板 (FBB) – 白卡纸
Appearance and use:The paper is white on both sides, but smooth on one side. It can be printed on both sides and has a wide range of applications.
外观与用途：双面呈白色，但仅一面表面光滑。支持双面印刷，应用范围广泛。
Best for: Cosmetics, skin care products, medicines, food, alcoholic beverages, etc.
最佳应用：化妆品、护肤品、药品、食品、酒类饮料等。
3. Coated Recycled Board (CRB) / Clay Coated News Back (CCNB) – White Board
涂布再生纸板 (CRB) / 涂布灰底白板纸 (CCNB) – 白板纸
Appearance and use:Recycled paper, with a white surface layer for printing and other processing, and the inter layer and back are gray and do not support printing and other processing.
外观与用途：属于再生纸，表面涂有白色涂层，可用于印刷及后续加工；中间层及背面呈灰色，不支持印刷及后续加工
Best for:Daily retail, low-price wholesale, disposable products, products with no requirements for printing and quality.
最佳应用：日常零售商品、低价批发商品、一次性用品，以及对印刷效果和纸质要求不高的产品。
Flaw:The gray color on the back is not beautiful, and the hardness and stiffness are not enough.
缺点：背面呈灰色，外观欠佳；硬度和挺度相对不足。
4. Coated Unbleached Kraft (CUK) / Virgin Kraft – Kraft Paper
涂布未漂白牛皮纸 (CUK) / 原生牛皮纸 – 牛皮纸
Appearance and use:Both inside and outside are brown, and the outside is coated paper. Usually only supports outside printing, no lamination is required. Suitable for products that require high hardness and stiffness or need to be environmentally friendly.
外观与用途：内外层均呈棕褐色，外层经过涂布处理。通常仅支持外侧印刷，无需进行覆膜处理。适用于对硬度、挺度要求较高，或注重环保特性的产品。
Best for: Food, clothing, cosmetics, baby products, etc..

Flaw: Higher cost.
